Kari Byron

   Kari the Byron star is an American television host and artist with a net worth of $2 million. Kari Byron is well-known for her part on "MythBusters", the Discovery Channel series that ran from 2003 to 2014. The show also aired "Head Rush" which was a spin-off of "MythBusters" that aired on Science Channel between 2010 and 2011. "White Rabbit Project," (2016) available on Netflix, and "Crash Test World," (2021) on Science Channel. Kari was credited with a cameo as a Calivon Alien in Seth MacFarlane's Fox series "The Orville" in 2017, and she published the memoir "Crash Test Girl" in 2018.Kari Byron was born Kari Elizabeth Byron on December 18, 1974, in Santa Clara County, California. She was raised with her mother Sue, father Dennis and younger sister Summer. She was a student at Los Gatos High school. In 1998, Kari graduated from high school and enrolled at San Francisco State University to obtain a bachelor's degree in film and sculpture. The following year, she spent travelling around the world and visited Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India, and many other countries. Byron returned to San Francisco later to pursue the career of sculptor.
